- Currently, we provide audit, tax, and consulting services for more than 160 timeshare associations and vacation clubs throughout the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean.
- As a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Common Interest Realty Committee, as well as being appointed to the Troubled Resort Task Force, we have developed an excellent relationship with Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. Due to that relationship and our reputation, we have been a valuable resource to our clients in their dealings with the Division.
- Due to our national reputation, we were engaged by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) to provide Congress and the Joint Committee on Taxation with the statistics necessary for passage of Sec 956 of the Tax Act of 1997 (code Section 528 amendment) allowing timeshare associations to file form 1120
- As a member of ARDA since 1982 we continue to stay on the forefront of the industry by serving on their national committees, attending regional and national conferences, as well as providing industry articles for their Developments Magazine.
We have decades of experience serving the timeshare industry and our timeshare service team consists of 13 individuals with an average of 7 plus years experience in timeshare association accounting.
