
Steven M. Brettholtz, CPA, CFF
Steve is a shareholder and the president of the firm. He received his BBA degree from the University of Miami. His years of accounting experience include numerous assignments in all phases of common interest realty association development and administration, non-profit organizations and various business entities. A past chair of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants Common Interest Realty Association Committee, he also is a member of the American Resort Development Association and serves on their Federal Issues and Resort Management Committees, and is a past National Trustee for Community Associations Institute. He is a board member for the Southwest Florida Museum of History Foundation, Inc. He has received Certification in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the AICPA. He has authored numerous articles regarding community association operations as well as being a contributing author to the "Guide to Homeowners' Associations and Other Common Interest Realty Associations" published by Practitioners Publishing Company. In addition to being a frequent lecturer for both local and national organizations, he is also recognized as an accredited provider of continuing education courses for the State of Florida Licensed Community Association Managers. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is licensed in the following states: California, Hawaii, Nevada, and New York. He is also an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

John M. Lopez, CPA
John is a shareholder with the firm and manages the tax department and is the engagement partner for the nonprofit audits. His years of experience include public and private accounting to include auditing nonprofit organizations and common interest realty associations. His primary responsibilities focus on tax planning, preparation and review of the many individual, business and nonprofit tax return clients of the firm. He received a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is treasurer of his homeowners' association and is past Board treasurer for Island Coast Aids Network. He has been with Myers, Brettholtz & Company, PA, since 1995.
He grew up in Texas and relocated to Fort Myers in 1995 where he lives with his partner Roy and their three dogs Winter, Tucker and Cotton.

Lori A. Wilson, MBA, CAM
Lori is a shareholder with the firm and manages the accounting services department. Her years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, small business, and homeowner and condominium associations performing part time CFO, controllership and consulting services. She received her BS and MBA degree from Hodges University. She is a past board member of the South Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has taught several courses regarding association accounting issues, and is the Firm's leading source for QuickBooks support, information technology and budgeting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CAI-Community Associations Institute, COMA-Condominium Owners Managers Association and ARDA-American Resort Development Association, NAWBO-National Association of Women Business Owners and Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, past Treasurer of the Gulf Coast Society of Fund Raising Executives and Kiwanis member. She grew up in southern New Hampshire and Long Island, New York, and relocated to Cape Coral in 1989 where she still lives with her husband, Dan, and 2 dogs, Maggie and Casey. Hobbies include cooking, wine, celebrity chefs, gardening, reading, and anything to do with nature. She has been with the firm since 1993.

Jennifer L. Coleman, CPA, CFE
Jennifer is a shareholder with the firm. She is the accounting and audit manager for the firm and the Quality Control Partner. She has numerous years of experience auditing both not-for-profit and for-profit entities including both whole ownership associations and timeshare condominium associations and related industries. She received a BS in accounting from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals. She has received Certification in Fraud Examinations (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Prior to joining the firm her experience included controller for a national timeshare development and management company. She has been with the firm since 1999.

Richard A. Myers
Dick received his BBA degree from the University of Miami in 1960 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1961. He established the firm in Fort Myers in 1980. During his over 40 years as a CPA, he served on several committees of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). His professional career has included working with many different industries as well as being both a personal financial consultant and business consultant. Dick is currently retired and living in Sarasota, Florida.
