Kelly Ann Talamo, senior auditor with Myers, Brettholtz & Company, PA, Certified Public Accountants & Business Consultants recently addressed the United Community Association Network regarding budgeting and reserves.
The meeting was held at Myerlee Manor for local community association managers.
Talamo joined Myers, Brettholtz & Company in 1996 and has experience working with nonprofit organizations, homeowner, condominium and timeshare associations. She has assisted in the preparation and taught several courses on association accounting issues, reserves and budgeting. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hospitality Financial and Technology Partners. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.
